Port Authority Regulation
All maritime departures are subject to clearance from the Syahbandar (local port authority). If a Notice to Mariners or red flag is issued because of extreme weather, high swells, or low visibility, boats are not permitted to leave the harbor.
Weather Delays
In adverse weather, our captains may delay or reschedule a charter. We monitor real-time weather and wave-height data so every crossing is made under safe conditions.
Force Majeure
While we aim to follow your schedule, we are not liable for delays caused by official port closures or natural conditions. In these cases, we will work with you to find the earliest safe departure window.
